Felting Go – a handheld tool for creating wool products using the dry felting method (wool felting). The machine can be used with a single needle for detailed work or with five needles simultaneously to reduce wool compaction time. This device will significantly cut down the time needed to make your projects, eliminate fatigue, and help you bring your ideas to life in no time. A felting machine is a new level for handcraft, when time and output quantity matter.

User Manual

  • During operation, the felting needles move in a straight line along the teflon guides (white) — these are consumable parts that will eventually need replacing (spares are included). Replacement is quite simple. Why teflon and not metal — because it does not damage the needles, has excellent wear resistance, and the parts are inexpensive and easily available.
  • The drive belt is hidden under the protective cover of the felting machine and can be easily serviced when needed. The belt is a standard 2mm type — any rubber or polyurethane equivalent can be used as a substitute. If it gets damaged, it can be easily repaired by heating both ends and pressing them together for 20 seconds.
  • During prolonged use, especially with multiple needles, the motor may heat up and will automatically shut off if the operating temperature is exceeded, then automatically restart after cooling — remember to switch off the machine in such situations and do not leave it running unattended.
  • Before use, always check that the felting needles are securely fixed in the chuck (holder), and make sure the machine’s power switch is in the off position.
  • It is recommended to disconnect the cable if the wool compaction machine will not be used for an extended period.
  • The nominal operating voltage of Felting Go is 12 Volts (24W). The power supply uses the Power Delivery protocol, so your power adapter must support PD — a standard USB adapter will not work.
