User Manual

• Teflon Bushings: During operation, the felting needles move linearly through white Teflon bushings. These are consumable parts that will eventually need replacement (spares are included in the package). The replacement process is straightforward – simply pull the old one out and insert the new one. Teflon is used instead of metal because it prevents needle damage, offers excellent wear resistance, is cost-effective, and is widely accessible.
  
• Drive Belt: The drive belt is located under the protective cover of the machine and can be easily serviced when needed. It is a standard 2mm belt. Any rubber or polyurethane alternative can be used as a replacement. If the original belt gets damaged, it can be easily repaired at home by heating both ends and fusing them together for 20 seconds.
  
• Overheat Protection: During extended use, especially with multiple needles, the motor can heat up and will turn off automatically if its maximum working temperature is exceeded. It will restart once it cools down. Always switch off the machine during such periods – do not leave it turned on.
  
• Pre-operation Check: Before use, always check that the felting needles are securely locked in the faceplate (holder). Also, ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position.
  Storage: It is recommended to unplug the power supply from the wall socket if the felting machine will not be used for an extended period.
  
• 100W Turbo Mode: Use the 100W mode with extreme caution. This power level causes excessive vibration and is not the nominal operating standard for the device. It is intended for advanced users only.
  
• Nominal Operating Mode: The standard operating rating for the Felting Go Plus is 7-9 Volts (50W).
