Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship our handmade products worldwide from our Ethno World workshop in Europe.. All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. It all depends on the complexity of the piece and its current availability. Sometimes, crafting can take up to a month if the item is technically challenging and requires extensive master effort.
Shipping via Courier Services:

• European Union (EU): 5–10 business days — €25 (Standard Courier Shipping).
• Rest of the World (USA, Canada, etc.): 10–20 business days — €50 / $100 (Standard Shipping).

Customs Notice
International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier’s website.
