Warranty Policy

• 6-month warranty only on all mechanical parts or electronics under normal conditions of use.
• What is not covered: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper storage, extreme changes in humidity, normal wear and tear, jewelry, paintings, acoustic devices without electronics, or resale (second owner).

Return & Exchange Policy

• 14-day return window: If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Product condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order up until the moment the item is shipped, but the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the item has already been shipped, the standard 14-day return policy will apply, with no refund of the deposit, except in cases of damage caused by the shipping company or a product defect.
